Bukari also built a distinguished career at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Ghana’s premier public social security institution. He held several senior and managerial positions, including Compliance Officer, Senior Compliance Supervisor, Acting Branch Manager, and Assistant Manager. Across these roles, he consistently delivered strong results in compliance enforcement, stakeholder engagement, operational management, and team leadership, contributing to enhanced institutional performance and service delivery.

He holds an MBA in Project Management from Wisconsin University College, an MSc in Development Management, and a BA in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Development Management and Governance at the same institution. His professional expertise spans project management, monitoring and evaluation, grant and beneficiary management, gender mainstreaming, and sustainability, supported by advanced professional training from institutions such as the World Health Organization (WHO), CEIBS, and Trust Training Limited.

In June 2024, Bukari joined TrainUp Consult as a faculty member, where he teaches Entrepreneurial Leadership & Mindset and Social Entrepreneurship & Impact. In this capacity, he equips emerging leaders and professionals with practical leadership competencies, ethical entrepreneurship principles, and impact-driven approaches to business and social innovation

Her professional work focuses on crop production planning, agricultural data management, and the execution of major government interventions, most notably the Planting for Food and Jobs (PFJ) programme. In this capacity, she works closely with District Agriculture Offices to collate, analyze, and validate crop production data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the region. She plays a key role in the preparation of technical and analytical reports and contributes to the formulation of District Agricultural Development Plans, supporting evidence-based decision-making within the agricultural sector.

Esi also provides technical backstopping and advisory support to district agricultural officers, strengthening service delivery and enhancing the effectiveness of extension activities. Her work demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of agricultural systems at both community and institutional levels.

Academically, Esi Boatemaa Quansah possesses a strong scientific foundation in land and soil management. She holds an MPhil in Soil Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a BSc in Earth Science from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Navrongo. Her academic background equips her with deep knowledge in soil fertility management, sustainable land use, and environmentally responsible agricultural practices—competencies that directly inform her professional work.

She has further strengthened her expertise through international exposure, including participation in a Knowledge Co-Creation Program at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Science, Japan, where she focused on farmer-led extension approaches and curriculum development. In addition, Esi has undertaken professional training in Corporate Social Responsibility and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a joint programme organized by the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, Himachal Pradesh University, and the Global Forum for Sustainable Rural Development. Alongside her public sector role, Esi serves as an Administrator at TrainUp Consult, where she also teaches Agribusiness Development. She has previously served as General Secretary of the Ghana Methodist Students Union (GHAMSU) at UDS and has held various leadership positions within the Methodist Church, Ahodwo. Joshua currently serves as an Instructor at TrainUp Consult, where he teaches SME Management and Innovation and Innovation Management and Strategy. In this role, he works closely with entrepreneurs, managers, and emerging business leaders, equipping them with practical tools for building sustainable enterprises in complex and resource-constrained environments. His teaching philosophy emphasizes applicability over theory for its own sake—bridging strategy, innovation, and execution to help small and medium-sized enterprises grow, adapt, and compete effectively.

Before his current role, Joshua served in several prosecutorial and enforcement positions within SSNIT, including assignments in Asafo–Kumasi, Tema Harbour, Tema Area Office, and Somanya. Across these roles, he was responsible for investigating offences, gathering and managing evidence, preparing witnesses, conducting intelligence-led field operations, and engaging employers on compliance education and enforcement actions. His consistent exposure to regulatory breaches, institutional risk, and operational failures has given him a grounded understanding of why many organizations—particularly SMEs—struggle with governance, compliance, and sustainability.

Earlier in his career, Joshua worked with the Judicial Service of Ghana as a Registrar and Court Administrator in Cape Coast.
